Return Policy

For whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product(s), you can easily and quickly exchange or return the item(s) within 15 days of purchase . Each product should be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or alternatively receive the refund in form of credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To start a return, you can contact us at rossana.australiashop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Rossana. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties, except when there is a manufacturing defect. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the customer pays for the return shipping and Rossana pays for the new item to be shipped to the customer.
Exchanges are subject to inventory. If the items are unavailable, the money will be refunded. 
• Exchanges for products worth the same amount: There will be no additional charge or refund. 
• Exchanges for products with a lesser amount: The difference will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction. Please allow 14 business days for this amount to reflect in your account. 
• Exchanges for products with a greater amount: The difference will be charged to the card used for the original transaction.
